To provide you with additional peace of mind, we also offer a comprehensive 14 Day Returns guarantee for orders which did not personalized and the products which in bad quality or damage in the process of shipping. Order Cancellation:
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. If you decide to cancel/change the order, please email us. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests after 1 hour of purchase.
Please note: Pre-sale products are not allowed to cancel the order after placing the order. We have indicated that it is a pre-sale product in the product subtitle and also stated the delivery date. When you place the order, it means that you are aware of this rule, so you are not allowed to cancel the order when we are making the product. If we decide not to make the product, we will give you a refund, please understand.
Return & Refund Policy:
You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returns are valid within 7 days once the request is approved by the support team.
Return and Exchange Instructions:
The following situations are not quality issues:
1. Odor problem (some fabrics are specially treated and may have some odor, which will generally disappear after washing)
2. There is a color difference between the picture and the actual product (the display conditions of each brand and model are different, and the personal color settings are different)
3. The thread ends are not cleaned up (after all, this is not a counter clothing, please understand)
4. Slight dirt on light-colored fabrics (may be brought in during the production, sales and transportation, which can be washed off and will not affect the effect)
5. The quality of the fabric or the degree of transparency, etc. (there is no measurement standard, so it is impossible to confirm the quality, please understand)
6. The thickness of the style, etc. (each region and each person has different psychological thickness standards, so it is impossible to judge, please understand)
7. The size and length of the clothes are not suitable (an appropriate difference in size is within the normal range, not It can be avoided. The general error of 3-4CM is within the normal range. Moreover, the size of our size chart is clearly marked. It is not our responsibility if you do not choose the right size).
8. The actual clothes are different from the pictures, or there is a color difference (different accessories may be used between each batch of goods, and the lighting problems of each person may make the photos different. Please refer to the actual product)
The following products do not enjoy our return and exchange commitment:
1. The buyer is damaged by artificial means, such as: the tag is incomplete, and there is no product outer packaging bag
2. We have removed this product from the shelves or stopped selling
3. Washed and used, the label is removed. Affecting secondary sales
4. Without contacting the customer service staff and registering the sales, the items sent back without authorization will not be processed
No return or exchange will be given after the exchange period (within 7 days after checking the receipt time according to the express order number)
Final sale items (40% off or more, including buy 1 get 1 free) cannot be returned. Items marked as clearance are non-returnable.
Orders eligible for a 40% discount through the use of a discount code or gift card are not subject to return & refund. Orders placed via a gift card or partially used via a gift card are not allowed to return & refund.
All items must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.
All returns must be approved by our customer service team.
For pre-sale items, please refer to the time on each product page. It means that you've well acknowledged the shipping time when you place the order, and it can't be refunded within the waiting phase.
PDRMIT responsibility: We're responsible for re-sending a replacement at our expense or refund in full the original product price and its shipping if wrong item/size/color or defective/damaged item has been sent. If the damage is minor, we just can only compensate a small amount of money(Eg:A small amount of thread ends fall off,Zipper destroyed).Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Please note that PDRMIT is not responsible for the packages that may be lost or stolen after delivery.
Customer's responsibility: All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable for the following cases:
Incorrect order(size of item):If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange.All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
Unwanted item:If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 14 days of receiving the product for return.
Wrong shipping address provided: If the customers put incomplete address or wrong address, they're responsible for the order lost, and we don't refund the order.
Any parcels returned to us due to the customer refusing to pay customs charges/taxes, full refund is not acceptable. We only accept 30% refund of the order in this case. For orders we help to pay the taxes (either import or export taxed), we only accept 50% refund of the order.
RETURN SHIPPING:
Please use registered mails with online delivery tracking number for returns. If the returned order could not be tracked during transit, a safe reception could not be guaranteed by us. We hope for your understanding on this.
In the following cases, you’ll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Any addresses on the parcel is not approved as return address. Returned package without authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged.
Returns Process & Time-Frame
1.please send us a return/exchange request to service@pdrmit.com including the following details:
Your order number:
SKU number of the product which you need to return or exchange :
Evidence picture/video showing the problem/defect :
Note:We do not provide prepaid return labels and you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please pack up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing..
3.Add your order number inside the parcel. (Simply go to My Account, click your Order History, select the right order number, and write it down or print it out)
4.Drop off your package at the local post office. Take down the return tracking number and send it to our service team.
Please allow 10 to 25 business days for return package in transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for us to process your return parcel arrived at our Fulfillment Center. We'll email you once we process your return or exchange. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
After this, please note the refund times below:
For credit card refunds, please allow between 7-14 business days for the transaction to process.
For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.
REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1 week.
Shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

REFUSED PACKAGES
A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments.
